In our 44th podcast, we talk to Matt, Tina and Dan from Wander Beyond Brewing. A fairly new brewery to Manchester they already have a solid line-up of beers ready to be tried.
We talk to them about how the brewery started, transitioning from the aptly named ‘Dan’s Brewery’ into its current form, the beers they wanted to start with, the importance of branding, getting the artwork right, and plenty more.
With their official launch only in December of 2017 they already have a barrel project ongoing and talk about what to expect from that, as well as what they have planned for 2018.
