Brew York opened their brewery and taproom just over two years ago in the city walls of York. We talked to Lee about the origins of the brewery, opening the taproom, his philosophy on beer and more.
York is a key part of the brewery so Lee tells us why they wanted to stay central to the city, how the beer scene in York has influenced them and what differences they wanted to bring.
