In out 73rd podcast, we present you with the second of our talks at the recent Peakender weekend.
We sat down in front of a live audience to discuss future trends within craft beer.
Michelle and Matt from Lakes Brew Co, Alex from North Brewing Co., Russ from Amity Brew Co., and Nick from Pomona Island sat down with us to give us their thoughts on what styles we may or may not be drinking in the coming years.

We ask who dictates trends within beer, how breweries react with ever changing tastes, and is Cold IPA the next must brew style.

They tell us about how they learn about new styles, if they brew beer they want to brew or do they brew just for the drinkers, and if lactose is dead.

Also we find out how a lone trumpeter can derail a podcast pretty quickly.
