Co-founder and Director of Amity Brew Co. Russ tells us about how the brewery started, where he picked up knowledge before the opening, and the influences that have guided the brewery the last three years.
As part of our Cvlt of Independence II project Amity have brewed a beer with Heist Brew Co and North Star Coffee. We chat about the collaboration and share a can, while discussing with independent means to Russ and the area the brewery is based in.
We also talk about beer in supermarkets, how Amity weathered the storm of the pandemic, and how the current cost of living crisis is affecting all of the beer industry.
